Section 126
Extent of reduction
: Except for the punishment of dismissal, the reduction in salary allowance due to the things written in clauses (d), (f), (g) and (h) of sub-section (2) of section 123 is more than half of the salary allowance of any month received by the concerned person. It will not be more.
